Bronze IT Support Package Details:


  • Remote Desktop Support.
  • Next Business Day response**.
  • Remote Network monitoring.
** We are able to resolve 95% of issues remotely. If this is not possible, we will then send an engineer to your site. The response time quoted is the time that we are obligated to inspect the issue. A vast proportion of issues are fixed very quickly. Some issues require complex solutions, and may take some time to resolve. At all times we will work hard to ensure issues are resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible. Bronze Support standard working are: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday for the purposes of our contracts. Support outside of these hours is available on request.
