Fault Resolutions
In the event of there being an issue that needs resolving, we will ensure that one of our experienced network engineers investigate it as soon as possible. Though the Service Level Agreement (SLA) established at the start of our partnership, you will have the confidence to know that you can rely on us to the issue resolved.
In the first instance, we will be able to log onto your network remotely, and attempt to resolve the fault there and then. If for any reason this is not possible, we will send on engineer to your premise.
