The problems and needs that were highlighted included:


  • Lack of email and internet access.
  • A computerised product cataloguing system including a digital imaging system to replace their manual Polaroid based system.
  • A robust backup system.
  • Anti-virus and Firewall technology.
  • A single point of contact for all IT support needs.


The Solution:


  • We provided an in-house email server to collect their remote email and distribute it to all internal accounts.
  • Several computers have been installed that have access to both email and the internet. By not providing this access to every desktop, the management team believe that they have reduced the amount of time employees use email and web access for personal reasons.
