- Provided secure offsite email access for the Managing Directors who travels very frequently.
- Implemented a secure wireless network so that laptop users can connect anywhere in the office.
- Implemented a product image cataloguing system to store and organise images of each of their products. This is available to all desktop machines and synchronises to a laptop that is taken offsite.
- Provision of both remote and onsite desktop and server support. Since the introduction of our remote desktop software, the time to resolution of issues has fallen to approximately 15 minutes.
- Configured the network servers to backup all the users’ data and emails several times a day, and ensured that backups were taken offsite daily.
- Implemented and manage a network wide antivirus suite, and placed a firewall on the internet connection.
