As technology evolves, we ensure that our engineers receive the training they need to implement and support it. Before we let an engineer visit a client site, we ensure that they have demonstrated their ability within our own test laboratories.

Our test laboratory allows us to test new technologies before we apply them to any of our clients to ensure that they do not become the test bed for finding out implementation bugs. It also allows us to simulate the conditions on our clients’ networks and find solutions to particular issues that they face.
