The Result

Today, their IT infrastructure is unrecognisable from the system they had just a few years ago. The system is centrally managed though the use of Windows 2000 Servers, and advanced network policies have been put in place to ensure security. There are now over 85 workstations all connected together, sharing resources and benefiting from the reliable, dependable and secure network environment that has been built.

Complementary Technologies

To complement the state of the art network, an advanced Avaya Voice-Over IP (VOIP) telephone system has been implemented that is linked to the user’s login details. The hot-desk environment means that each uses single username and password gives the user access to their personal desktop, email account, fax services and telephone extension from any workstation in the building.
